About Fantina

Meet Fantina Van Berendoncks, the heart behind Anura Active. As a dedicated pilates and yoga instructor, Fantina discovered her passion for Pilates over a decade ago. Driven by a desire to share this transformative practice, she became a certified instructor in 2015, continually expanding her expertise through numerous courses to refine her unique teaching style. Her philosophy? "If you love your body, move your body." In her classes, Fantina ignites a sense of joy in movement, empowering her students to tune into their own bodies and embrace their individuality.

In 2023, Fantina discovered Reformer Pilates, sparking another passion. She sought to enhance her workout attire with fun, grippy socks that were nowhere to be found. So, she decided to create what was missing. This sparked the birth of Anura Active—a brand committed to infusing fun and personality into your workouts. Our mission is to craft playful and comfortable socks that not only complement your style but inspire you to feel strong and empowered in every class you attend.
